It's easy! Especially with the latest upgrade to the iPhone.
To change your wallpaper, place your favorite photos into a folder, and then under the Photos Tab within iTunes, select your photos folder. After you synchronize your iPhone, select the photo, click the lower left button, then select "Use As Wallpaper".
To access all of the free games from your home screen, browse to and then click the + button, and select the "Add to Home Screen" button (or Add Bookmark). Now all the games are just a click away from your home screen.
