Does the iphone come with a stylus?
Is a stylus available for playing touch screen games for people with fat fingers?

The iPhone uses a different touchscreen technology that works best with bare fingers, so the usual hard plastic stylus won't work. There are a handful of touch screen styluses available but the one that gets the best reviews (and is the most expensive, up to $20) appears to be the Pogo Stylus from Ten One:
