i'm not allowed to buy anything online and so how can i get a free iphone game without having an itunes account? it says that i need an account to get the game...help!

you need an account. What you can do is sign up for an account, (with a VISA) and then in the itunes settings, remove the VISA details. Otherwise there is no other way even if you jailbreak it. But, you can still get gameboy games, and snes games if you jailbreak, but nothing from the app store.
